Strong hold that doesn’t tug or damage hair — perfect for tying up ponytails before practice or keeping hair cute on casual days. Stylish, comfortable, and practical.

5. UGG Mini or Classic Boots
A cold-weather staple for sporty girls. Easy to slip on after practice and cozy enough for all-day wear.

6. Wet Brush Original or Detangler
Perfect for post-practice hair struggles. Gentle, pain-free brushing every girl needs in her kit. We keep these in every bag: ringette, hockey, soccer, volleyball, dance, and even in the Yukon, just in case.

7. Apple Watch SE
A favourite for older tweens and teens. Great for tracking activity, staying connected, and feeling a little more grown-up. If you're not into your kids being on devices but still want the flexibility of staying in touch, we opted for the SE with GPS and data.

8. Personalized Water Bottle (Stanley, Owala, or Hydro Flask)
Hydration, but make it cool. Bonus points for custom colors or SPORTéA stickers.
Owala's are our personal favourite because many of the narrower versions will fit in the cup holders of our vehicles, and the side pockets of our backpacks.

A total crowd-pleaser. With warm, beachy scents and ultra-hydrating formulas, Sol de Janeiro feels fun, luxurious, and special, making it a favorite gift for tweens and teens who love a little glow, and maybe a little fresher smell after a sweaty game. While we aren't big into fragrances for kids, these scents will unlock memories of an early 2000s favourite, Love Spell.
